I had rims put replaced on my vehicle. They did a great job switching the tires over to the new rims, not a single scratch, but the pricing was a little questionable. They quoted me $140 over the phone but it turned into a $290 job because of a seized nut. They tried to upsell me closer to $600 for the job with new TMPS sensors being installed but I respectfully declined. I got on the road to test them out and experienced minor shaking at 50 mph speeds. They did not correctly balance them. Oh well, at least they look nice.

I took my car in for a wiper motor repair and they were very nice and straight to the point explained everything to me. Called me after they checked my car told me what they found. And that they also found a few things that needed immediate care because of my safety. Was very greatfull for their thorough inspection of my car. They quoted me a price and promptly got my car done. They are very honest and courteous I love them and will definately return and tell family and friends. Great to have honest people out there. Five star definitely

Want to give Tedford Auto Repair a 5 star review after the great job they did on my 2014 Rav4. I brought it into the shop with a grinding sound thinking it was the tension pulley but they quickly diagnosed it to be the water pump instead and gave me and immediate estimate. They had the repair done in under 3 hours and I was back on the road. Very professional and great mechanics working together, I could not have been happier with the service. I recommend Telford Auto to anymore who is looking for excellent service fair pricing and quality work. I will be using them from here on for all my auto needs. Thanks Guys!

I’ve taken my truck here a few times to have breaks and tire repairs and the last two time I left there, the next day I had a flat tire with a slow leak. I chalked it up to chance but after the second time leaving there with a $600+ ticket to replace breaks and rotors and to check for leaks and waking up the next morning with a flat tire I’ve decided to not use this company anymore. I’m in the process of moving and explained that to them and that I needed my car road ready for the weekend and now having to move and continue to stop every hour to fill my tire has become a major inconvenience and the fact that they are not open on the weekends is a cherry on top. They are friendly but I don’t care about how friendly they are, I want quality work and leaving a tire place with a slow leak is not what anyone should expect from a place specializing in tire repair. Update and response to their response. My name of here is not my real name. If you want to make it right then open your shop up this Sunday and fix my tire otherwise I’m going to mavis or someplace else because I don’t have time to wait, I’m in the middle of moving and need my vehicle for this weekend like I told you guys in person. I don’t have thine to wait for you guys to open on Monday. I’m sure your guys can figure out who I am… just look at your records for the past few days and see who came in for breaks rotors and tires checked… I drive a black Silverado

We recently came here for auto repairs on 3 of our older, high mileage cars. We had been using another auto repair shop around where we live for 20 years but have become disappointed with their customer service so we were looking for a new auto repair shop. First, we got appointments very quickly. Second, Ken's customer service is respectful and he listens (even when I don't know what I'm talking about!). I got clear explanations of what was wrong with the cars, and options and up front costs on repairs. No pressure to go beyond repairs that were essential. Their prices were fair and their service was dependable.

I had a great experience with this garage. They were able to schedule me quickly and they called with a cost and explanation of the repairs needed. They also finished in the same day, which is a great bonus. They also took a look at the vehicle overall to recommend other concerns but weren’t pushy in any way trying to sell me something. They also use a text system to communicate if needed. I felt the pricing was fair for the repairs made. I felt the were honest in their work. Will be a return customer.

I have been taking my car to Shawn for years. As always, Shawn and the guys were professional and helpful. All repairs are done quickly and without fuss; the work is always correct and they are honest and fair. When I bought my car originally, I got free tires for life from the dealer. They changed owners and stopped the practice. I'm researching tires and prices and then my "Duh" moment - Telford Auto Repair & TIRE. Uh, guys?
